Heat and Control will return to Anuga FoodTec India 2026 to debut a completely new approach to in-kitchen snack seasoning application.
On display in India for the first time, the Spray Dynamics® Symphony In-Kitchen Seasoning System (IKS) is designed to help production teams achieve consistent seasoning with simpler operation, easier cleaning and less airborne seasoning dust.
Heat and Control’s General Manager, India and Southeast Asia, Manoj Paul, says the trade show provides an ideal platform to introduce Symphony IKS to the Indian market.
“We’re looking forward to giving snack manufacturers the opportunity to see this new approach to in-kitchen seasoning and speak with our team about how it could support their production goals,” says Paul.
A New Approach to In-Kitchen Seasoning Designed for industrial in-kitchen seasoning applications, Symphony IKS can apply both wet and dry seasonings to a wide range of products, including namkeen, potato chips, nuts, trail mix,
extruded snacks like Aloo Bhujia and more.
Heat and Control’s National Sales Manager – India, Venkatesha Parthasarathy, says seasoning systems need to deliver more than flavour application alone.
“Manufacturers need consistent seasoning coverage, but they also want less waste, less airborne dust and equipment that is easier to operate and clean,” he says.
“Symphony IKS was developed in response to these challenges, with the day-to-day needs of production teams in mind.”
Cleaner, Smarter Seasoning Symphony IKS uses patent -pending ‘Seasoning Capture’ technology to draw airborne seasoning dust back through the product stream, capturing more seasoning on the product and reducing the amount of seasoning released into the surrounding environment.
It’s user-friendly design supports straightforward operation, while fewer removable parts and tool-free cleaning help simpler sanitation and reduced downtime.
Manufactured locally at Heat and Control’s India facility, Symphony IKS can be integrated into new production lines or installed as an upgrade to existing Heat and Control seasoning systems.
Symphony IKS forms part of Heat and Control’s extensive portfolio of solutions supporting food manufacturers worldwide which includes trusted equipment brands such as FastBack®, Spray Dynamics®, Mastermatic®, Ishida, Flavorite® and Tek-Dry Systems Ltd.
Visitors can see Symphony IKS at Hall 3, Stand F02, where Heat and Control experts will be available to talk through the system and discuss the company’s broader range of processing, conveying, seasoning, weighing, packaging and inspection solutions.
Anuga FoodTec India 2026 will be held at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai from 29 September – 1 October 2026.
